Construction Management - When a General Contractor other than IA is to be used, DI/IA can function as a liaison ranging from full construction management to prearranged limited oversight. The range of services includes site visits with the General Contractor, preparation of site meetings and agenda follow up with a report to the client following each visit. Review of contractor pay requests and progress billing to keep the client fully informed of progress and expenditures.

Construction Bid Analysis – Distribution of plans to appropriate sub trade bidders. Reviewing and comparing individual bids. Negotiating contracts to obtain quality workmanship at the best price.
